RoxRaceAlerts
For partners, parents and friends who come to cheer: how spectator tickets work and how to get one when they're gone.
Everyone who comes to watch and is not racing. HYROX races happen indoors in arenas and exhibition halls with limited space, so most events sell a spectator ticket per race day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday...). Athletes don't need one for the day they race; a supporter does.
Each athlete brings on average one or two supporters, and Saturday is the busiest day everywhere. At the biggest races the spectator allocation for the popular days goes within days of the athlete tickets. Like every other ticket, spectator tickets come back when people's plans change, usually without any announcement.
Races where supporters are watching spectator tickets on RoxRaceAlerts, and how many of those days are sold out.

Often yes: many events let children under a certain age (commonly under 12 or under 14) in free with a ticketed adult. Check the event page, as the age limit differs by region.
Usually not inside the venue. Some events have a free spectator zone or a fan area outside; the finish line and the stations are normally only for ticket holders.
