Terms & refunds

RoxRaceAlerts is run by MetaOne AG, Switzerland. Questions or refunds: support@roxracealerts.com.

Free alerts

Race and ticket alerts by email (and Telegram) are free. We check HYROX ticket shops regularly and email you when something you watch changes. We're independent - not affiliated with HYROX or vivenu - and can't guarantee every change is caught or how fast email arrives.

Priority alerts

• What you get: when we detect the change you're watching, your alert goes out first; free subscribers watching the same thing get theirs a few minutes later. WhatsApp notifications included.
• WhatsApp: add your number at checkout or on My alerts and we'll send you one WhatsApp message to switch it on (reply START). Until it's on for your number, your Priority alerts come by email.
• Prices: $3 for one race or one ticket watch (that event only), or $5.50 for everything you watch until 31 Jul 2027. One-off payments in US dollars, charged by Stripe. No subscription, nothing renews.
• What it isn't: Priority speeds up your alert. It doesn't reserve, hold or guarantee a ticket, and we never sell tickets.

Refunds

• Changed your mind? Full refund on request until your first Priority alert has been sent.
• If the race is cancelled or never goes on sale while you hold Priority for it, full refund on request.
• If we fail to alert you before free subscribers, full refund on request.

Email support@roxracealerts.com from the address you signed up with; refunds go back to the original payment method.
